Mental Wealth is a Pacific Northwest band blending grunge-rooted weight, alternative edge, and a raw emotional undercurrent into something they call Southern Neo-Grunge. Their sound pulls from loud/quiet dynamics, heavy atmosphere, melodic tension, and the kind of songwriting that feels both worn-in and volatile. Rather than chasing polish for its own sake, Mental Wealth leans into identity, feeling, and impact — building songs that hit with grit, reflection, and a sense of lived-in pressure.
Current Focus
Mental Wealth is currently recording a full album, preparing to release an EP, and actively building toward more live shows. Alongside new music, the band is tightening its visual identity, content rollout, and live presence as it continues shaping the next phase of the project.
